Bastard hats are printed on The Classics & beanies are custom made.What brand of t-shirts do you print on?
We print on American Apparel's 50/25/25 short sleeve pocket tee.
What brand of sweatshirt do you print on?
We print on Gildan's Heavy Blend crew neck sweatshirt.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we only accept payments through the Paypal system.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase, Paypal offers a guest checkout system
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused / unworn shirts can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

How long will delivery of my order take?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
